Delivery Options

Standard delivery is set by each vendor for all online orders. Delivery options and timeframes available for the items in your order and for your location are presented during check-out.

Once you have placed an order, you can visit Order Status to get an estimate of the shipment and delivery timing of each item. Items ship as they become available.

What’s Next?

Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Acknowledgement

The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order. The order acknowledgement will display the delivery address and a delivery date. You can click the date to view your order details.

Shipment Notification

Wesend a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package using the Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

If you purchase an electronic Eridu Gift Card, we’ll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.

Carrier Delivery Options

Eridu vendors choose which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Shipping Policies

No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses.
